How STW Works
Step-by-step initiatives to educate, unite, and empower the Santal community.
Online Digital Tech Education
We bridge the gap between degrees and skills. Many Santalis have degrees (B.A, M.A) but lack practical skills, leading to unemployment. We provide free tech education to the poor and special discounts for girls.
Digital Awareness Program
Protecting innocent Santal people from cyber threats, money theft, hacking, and blackmail. We focus on saving girls from social media exploitation and suicide caused by cybercrime.
STW FM & Podcast
Since the 1855 Hul Rebellion, Santalis are scattered across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and Myanmar. We use technology to unite them, sharing stories of life, struggles, and happiness to create a global bond.
e-Magazine Publication
A platform for hidden talents. Students and teachers can publish their writing for free. We publish an international e-Magazine every 6 months to showcase Santali intellect to the world.
Digital Library
Preserving our identity. We are digitizing the lifestyle, songs, dances, education, and culture of Santalis across the world so future generations can learn about their great heritage and feel proud.
Freelancing Program
Solving unemployment by teaching earning skills. We train the Santali community in their mother tongue on how to earn money online through the Internet and technical skills.
Foundation Day (July 17)
STW is not government-funded. We support the community through our own earnings. Every year on our Foundation Day, we help poor students with educational aid and elderly people with clothing.
